Energy Savings Agreement
It's true. Out of sight usually means out of mind. It's the main reason for neglected HVAC maintenance guidelines. HVAC systems are always installed where they can't be seen, such as in garages, basements, closets, rooftops, or mechanical rooms making them easy to ignore. The systems are taken for granted until they fail. Unfortunately, the fact that your system is operating does not ensure that it is operating at peak economic efficiency. Ignoring your HVAC system until it breaks means higher utility bills, personal discomfort, productivity loss, even premature replacement of system components. With proper installation, sizing, and maintenance, your system will operate at maximum efficiency and last much longer than if it was not maintained.
Bland Solar and Air recommends that all of our clients enroll their indoor comfort control systems in BSA's Planned Maintenance Program. An Energy Savings Agreement (ESA) is a formal plan for scheduled precision tune-ups and maintenance of your heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system to keep it running at peak efficiency and the lowest possible cost. ESA's consist of a spring and fall tune-up visit when a trained Precision Tune-Up Technician goes through your entire system preparing it for the upcoming season. It is a proactive approach to keep you from overpaying your utility company.
Bland Solar and Air's time-tested Energy Savings Agreements not only save you money, they give home and building owners peace of mind. Here are a few of the benefits:
Savings
ESA's pay for themselves year after year through lower utility bills.
Discounts
ESA customers receive 10% discounts off all repairs including compressors and heat exchangers.
Peace of Mind
Predictive Maintenance will mean fewer system failures and an extended HVAC system life.
Priority Service
ESA Customers have priority over others any time their system experiences a problem.
Emergency Service
